Community Advocates for Responsible Expansion at Providence Holy Cross (CARE) is a broad coalition of civil rights, community, environmental and labor organizations working to insure that residents of the Northeast San Fernando Valley are afforded the voice and protections they deserve. CARE supports the expansion of Providence Holy Cross, but is fighting to guarantee that an Environmental Impact Report is completed to safeguard the community. More
